The Council has received a planning application to redevelop the site to the south east of Clapham Junction. This would provide residential and commercial uses and new station entrance buildings on St John’s Hill and Grant Road. An application has also been submitted for a temporary station building on St John’s Hill during the construction period, as well as an application for conservation area consent for the demolition of existing buildings.
For more information contact Mark Hunter on 020 8871 8413.  Comments must be received by 17th November 2008.
